Medina Charter Stands as a Model for Peace โ Speakers at Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (pbuh) Programme at Mohammadia Khanqah

A 12-day long programme marking the holy Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (pbuh) is underway at the Mohammadia Khanqah Sharif in West Khulshi, Jalalabad Muktijoddha Housing area.
As part of the observance, Mohammadia Qafela Oikya Parishad organised a grand mahfil on the 3rd of Rabiul Awwal at the khanqah premises.
Addressing the gathering as chief guest, noted Islamic thinker and Associate Professor of Political Science at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Maulana Dr Emdadul Haque, said, โThere is no alternative to the Medina Charter, introduced by the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), for establishing peace in society.โ
The event was convened by Mohammadia Qafelaโs chief khadem A R Kamrul Islam and moderated by Advocate Mir Mohammad Ferdous Alam Selim.
Among others, Maulana Monsurul Haque, Maulana Zakaria, freedom fighter Mohammad Rustam Ali, Maulana Abu Ahmed Azhari, and several Islamic scholars were present.
Special speaker Shahjada Maulana A.U.M. Ishfaqul Rahman Reza Al-Mahadawi of Fokir Taluk Darbar also addressed the gathering.
In a brief discussion, A R Kamrul Islam said, โThe only path to humanityโs salvation is following the ideals of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).โ
