Lion Luvna Humayun Sumi Elected Women Affairs Secretary of BKA Central Committee

Lion Luvna Humayun Sumi has been elected as the Women Affairs Secretary of the Central Committee of the Bangladesh Kindergarten Association (BKA), following the election held on August 29, 2025.
A seasoned educationist and cultural activist, Sumi previously served as the General Secretary of the Chattogram Division of BKA, where she earned wide appreciation for her dynamic leadership and organizational skills.
She is also known for her involvement in various social and service-oriented platforms. A former President of the Lions Club of Chittagong Baklia, she has also served as the Concerned Zone Chairperson of Lions District 315 B4, Bangladesh.
Sumi is the Founder and Principal of Khulshi Child Grammar KG School in Chattogram. Her work in expanding quality early childhood education has earned her accolades both locally and nationally.
Beyond academics and organizational involvement, Luvna Humayun Sumi is also an accomplished cultural personality. She is an enlisted singer of Bangladesh Television (BTV), a skilled presenter, and a veteran recitation artist.
