Among the emerging generation striving to illuminate society with compassion and service, Umme Aymun Sultana stands out as a shining example. She has shaped her identity not just as a young woman with potential, but as a responsible social worker and a source of inspiration for youth across Bangladesh.

Working quietly, without expectation or publicity, Umme Aymun has dedicated herself to supporting the marginalised and underserved. From food aid to education and healthcare support, she steps forward with empathy, aiming to meet the essential needs of those left behind. In times of crisis, disasters, or social unrest, her calm and caring presence brings hope and reliability.

Her passion for youth development is equally prominent. She believes that if the energy of young people is directed toward the right path, transformative change in society becomes inevitable. With this vision, she has been conducting leadership development workshops, mental health awareness sessions, and volunteer-driven social initiatives that directly engage and empower young people.

 After completing her studies at Premier University, Umme Aymun devoted herself to social leadership. She currently leads the youth organisation Hope Network, which works to enhance leadership and creativity among young changemakers.

 In a recent effort, she collaborated with the Chattogram City Corporation to organise a dengue awareness campaign, focusing on public health education and environmental cleanliness across local communities.

   In addition to these roles, she is also at the helm of a youth-based initiative called “Rangdhanu”, which emphasises mental wellness, social awareness, and creativity among the youth.
